Try not to take their irritation personally. In all likelihood, they’re probably not upset with you, personally. They’re upset with “the situation” and they’re lashing out in frustration—possibly, in a really unprofessional way.

But you don’t have to sink to that level. You can take the high road. You can stay cool and professional. You can make it your personal mission to solve the problem in a creative, inspiring way—and you’ll be everyone’s hero when you do.
